I’m arachnaphobic. Not ‘I don’t like spiders’ arachnaphobic, but ‘oh shit a spider was killed in that spot of carpet three months ago and I still can’t step on it’ arachnaphobic. And since I live in a rural area, its kinda hard to avoid spiders. They terrify me. Every moving shadow I see out of the corner of my eye, every still shadow for that matter, becomes a spider to me. When I see my shadow moving against a wall at night I jump because I see it as a spider. When my hair brushes across my cheek I think it’s a spider web.

It isn’t feasible to spray Mortien everywhere because we have cats. And besides I’m too scared of spiders to spray them with Mortien  Its really really really bad a night and sometimes keeps me from sleeping. What can I do to handle this?

see your doctor and see if they have any anxiety pills or anything. Because Arachnaphobia that extremr is an anxiety disorder!

It's really calmed down these last couple of weeks but it flares up and dies down again on a regular basis so I know that it'll come back full force.
