Where exactly are the blisters? If they are on your heel or top of your foot, put some band aids on them to help reduce the friction from your shoes. I would also check out the shoes to see if there is any wear and tear in that area... and if there is, get a new pair of shoes asap. And if they really are infected, you should probably head to the doctors to get them drained and fallow aftercare advice.
