    Hello everyone.

For the past 2 days I've been experiencing this dull ache in my abdomen. It isn't always there but it mostly becomes a bit more pronounced after I eat. It sort of feels like I'm constantly hungry, and with these symptoms I'm also feeling a nausia and fatigue. Sometimes I get a fever.

I have no idea if this is related, but this started happening after I got a bad hangover. I also went to bed really late which is something I don't normally do.

Please help me! Also, no I'm not pregnant.

Sounds most likely a stomach bug such as mild food poisioning or stomach flu, But if you are concerned, Go see a doctor to find out for sure.

Is the stomach ache worse after you eat certain foods, like dairy or wheat?

The presence of fever points toward a viral illness.

If the symptoms persist, you should see your doctor.

I have that problem all the time. (I just don't drink) I take zantac. The doctors will prescribe rinitidine. I get it every so often. it won't kill you it's just painful, dull and annoying. It happens to me I eat to keep it away little things. so try zantac or call ur doc and ask if you can try it and he/she thinks it's cool and take it twice a day during each meal breakfast and dinner. i say three to 5 days later it's over. It might be a flu or something too...
