Uhh, recently I've noticed that I sometimes leak a little amount of urine when I sit down, bend etc. This has only happened within 5 minutes after I've gone to the bathroom, as far as I recall. Weird, I thought it was a problem of the elderly... I tried to search for this problem on the Internet but I couldn't find any results that would relate to my issue.
Try not to worry too much as it isn't as uncommon as some people think. Speak with your doctor because it may be that you would respond well to some exercises of the deep muscles which will stop the bladder leaking. A residual amount of urine does remain in the urethra. It can get worse as you get older and your prostate increases in size. You'll see a lot of guys who do a milking movement at the urinal when they finishing peeing as an attempt to push residual urine from the urethra. You can also do a kegel maneuver to contract the muscles. If you find that you're going to the bathroom more often, especially at night or you have pain when you urinate, then you should see your doctor.
