I have been experiencing a tight feeling in my chest lately, above my breasts but below my neck. It almost makes my chest feel... small? I don't know the word. Because it's so tight and sore. I'm not sure why. I don't have asthma, and I'm only 13... So what could it be? Maybe lack of exercise or something?
