Hey, I can relate. Calcium supplements help me sleep better. I'm an insomniac and since I've been taking one calcium supplement and a vitamin d every day, I sleep much better. Also...never watch tv in bed...ever. It gets your nerves jittery and then you can't stop thinking random thoughts when you close your eyes. good luck, mini :lol:
Melatonin is what I use. Walgreens, cvs, or any superstore will have it. I pop one of them and 20 mins later I can barely keep my eyes open. Only drawback is you can have some crazy and vivid dreams.
