So I've noticed that I used to have this superhuman ability to pull off all nighters on just a few cups of coffee, and then feel only somewhat fatigued the next day. Until recently. Now it's just something I can't do if I'm writing several legal memoranda for my paralegal tasks, and carry it over into nighttime. Even a triple dose of caffeine won't rescue me from the pitfalls of sleepiness.

What has gone wrong? Is this a sign of aging?

at your age this shouldn't happen. i would suggest you go for a medical checkup. it could be that you sleep far less that what your body requires. there is only so much you can possibly do in a day. don't over exert yourself over a long period of time. that will drain your health quicker than you drain a cup of coffee. you must learn to pace your work. i don't mean slacking off, just that you properly plan your work time.
