I've decided to get fitter xD So I've joined the school gym. Its great as I like to go for a jog during the school day from time to time and the school's gym has all the equiptment a person needs so I get a lot out of doing fitness during my lunch break. I'm not that healthy if I'm honest because I spend too much time trying to get fit and study so I dont eat much during the day. Like I tend to skip breakfast, grab a snack at lunch and drink plenty during the day. But my question is, what can I eat after exercising during school that's filling and will give me stength.. My mum tells me I look weak :dry:haha So I need recommendations as what to eat to build up my strength and make the work out worth it. Like do I eat fish, like salmon and plenty of tuna.. and also drink loads of milk or does it not really matter? Also, what kind of different exercises would you recommend to a beginner? =D I am pretty weak so I run on the threadmill, do push ups (haha failing miserably) and lift up some weights during the work out break. :icon_bigg But they're just those really small weights.. for beginners. :lol: So any advice or tips.. or any comments?
