Sorry if this is an adult topic, but it can't just be me in this situation. So basically I masturbate twice / three times a week, but no matter how much I try, I can't ejaculate. why's this? I'm perfectly healthy.
No - the ejaculation is the sperm coming out. By orgasm I mean the release of the tension which builds up as you masturbate, the "climax", I ask because if you do reach an orgasm but nothing comes out, it might be retrograde ejaculation, which means the sperm goes into you bladder instead of coming out. If you just keep working at it and "nothing" happens, then that is a different consideration.
A few weeks now. Maybe I'm just not trying hard enough. I do suffer from what's known as "Wet Dreams" but I can't ejaculate while awake.
I dont exactly know what gets you off or anything but maybe wanking with lube may help. It may make it easier for you to masturbate and so your arm will get tired less easily and the friction against your penis will be reduced. Maybe buy some off of Amazon? If it carries on, however, you should see a doctor about it. You shouldnt be embarrassed. They hear stories like yours every day. Sorry I cant be of more help!
I agree with Robert - if it's been going on for a while, I'd suggest going to the doctor. Getting stressed out it won't help either, but you need to get it sorted. Good luck :smilewave
