    Hello therrrre,
For as long as I can think of, I've have an incredibly weak right wrist. I'm not very good at explaining but I'm going to try:
It hurts to lean on my right hand because of my wrist. I can't lift myself out of bed using my right hand because it always buckles beneath me and I fall back down. :/
Whenever I "roll" my wrist, it cracks. The cracking itself doesn't hurt, but rolling my wrist makes it sore.
If you were me looking at your wrist, palm facing you, the pain is mainly down the right side front and side.
Wow this is hard to follow. Sorry.
I should also add, I'm not overweight and likewise I'm not muscular either. I'm just skin and bones.

Anyways, I was just wondering if anybody knew anything I could do to strengthen my wrists, or make it hurt less. It gets soooo sore, so easily.
Thanks a bunch, and sorry if it's confusing. Feel free to ask for clarification questions...

A weak, limp wrist - you're not helping the stereotype.

Obviously, I'm teasing. I don't know about any exercises but if your wrist is so bad you can't but much weight on it, have you considered going to the doctor? They might suggest a physiotherapist.

Dang, I was going to say that >_>.

But in all honesty, it is best to go seek medical help. If it doesnt get fixed now than it could only get worse in the future.

I have no idea about the stereotype but i can help.maybe, a girl pushed me off a rock climbing tower when i was little and broke my wrist. When it healed the growth plates stopped growing so my wrist isn't as strong as it shouod be, and it comes back to bite me when i play sports.
I've been suggested to take light weights , place your arm flat on a desk (like while watching tv or something) and using your wrist toe lift the weight.

I'd start at maybe 5 pounds and go up if you need to

I can't be 100% sure, but it sounds similar to what my mother experienced. It had something to do with the nerves themselves; not the muscles. My advice is to go to the doctor and see a specialist.

Thanks everyone. I'll just stick to stumble along's suggestion and see a doctor later if it gets worse. Thanks again!

Haha, I was wondering how long it would take from someone to come up with the 'not helping the stereotype' line. Damn it wish I had seen this earlier.

On a serious note, I had a weak left wrist for ages and went to the doctor. I had broken my scaphoid previously playing rugby but never went to the doctor and it had healed badly. Actually, let me rephrase, my wrist isnt particularly weak but it is painful when at my palm is at a right angle to my forearm if that makes sense (so if in a press up position). I would go see a doctor and see if he/she can help.

you might be able to look up some wrist exercise on youtube? but really, it could be a whole slew of things... like the others have suggested you should seek out some medical help, if not just to rule out the risk of it being something more serious.

Im sorry i couldnt resist the urge to smirk reading the title lol. But seriously if its been going on sice you can remember its probably not from an accident. Try alternating ice and hot paks. Also go see a doctor immediately because it can only get worse and u shudnt wait. Maybe physical therapy would help? Best of luck!
