Hi, ive been experiencing a clicking noise in my head for around five years now. It mostly occurs when i'm walking or dancing but it can occur when im just sitting around.

It seems to me like its in the centre of my head. It's not really loud and over powering i cant hear it so much when i have headphones on and music playing but in a way i can still feel it.

I must sound really crazy right now lol. It's not somthing i'm worried about but i'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this. lol :S

I know what you are talking about, I can't say I know what you are talking about because I am not a doctor but I went to the doctor and I had a pressure problem with my eardrum or something like that its no big deal and it went away a year or so ago. So all in all I understand the annoyance and frustration that comes along with it but I would go see a doctor if possible to find out what is up!

The clicking noise that is heard by some people when they walk and run is often the sound of movements of bones in the skull. This can be the jaw joint (temporomandibular), the bones surrounding the sinuses or the small bones in the ear.

You can ask your doctor about the source of the sound. He may refer to you a specialist in ear-nose-throat (ENT) medicine.
