I have my protein shakes as usual after a workout, but I have yet to eat dinner. There's not much meat in the house, so do you think it's ok if I have some sandwiches or something with a protein shake?

So a few years back I was working with a trainer. He had me keep a keep a food log. He would review them at the end of each session. This is the conversation one time.

Trainer: So last night for dinner you had a can of tuna and a cup of dry cheerios. How did happen?
Me: I don't know Chris, when you're single this kind of thing just happens.

There have been quite a few times I've had a protein shake as port of, or as dinner.
