I stayed late at work (9-5 normal hrs, but stayed waay longer) last nite, lots of work to finish, tons of email.
I got home at 4am. I feel weak today.
how do I get my body clock back to normal. I took naps here and there.

If you really want to restore your natural body clock you are going to have to not take any naps. Many people beleive in a firm bed time. However the real way to create a sleep scheduel is to have a very set getting up time. It may be exausting for the first few days, but after about 4 days, it should beging to feel natural.

plus I've been totally stressed a lot at work. its been super busy.
should I sleep around 10pm tonight then wake up the next day. I don't go to work until Monday anyway.
