An embarrassing problem

I have an embarrassing problem - I've only just accepted my sexuality and plucked up the courage and slept with two men (at different times). On both occasions I had an embarrassing time, there was poo on the other guys penis.

The first guy was brillant and understood - I reassured him I'd douched first and he said it happens. The second guy was a tosser and went funny after it happened and again I had douched. I followed the medical advice and only used water.

This whole experience put me off for a while - I suffer from depression and after a run (tonight) and looking into learning a martial art I decided to use one if my vibratory and porn and had the most amazing orgasm!

I'm not very regular - about every 2- 3 days.

I would be grateful for your advice.

I'm not a guy, but maybe I can help.

First off, when having anal sex, there's always the chance that you'll get dirty. Condoms are great for keeping yourself clean. Lube helps, too. As for douching, if you wait too long afterwards to have sex, the matter may move down far enough to cause some embarrassment later on. Also, when douching, you can douche several times until everything comes out clean. Drinking plenty of water and eating natural laxative foods may help with making sure you empty your bowel each time you have a movement, meaning less clean-up before and after. Foods which can act as natural laxatives for some people include avocadoes, almonds, aloe vera, apple juice, chocolate, coffee, grapes, hot tea w/ lemon, peach/apricots, pears, pineapple, plums, prunes/prune juice, spicy foods, and walnuts. Keep in mind that these will not necessarily cause a bowel movement, they just make it easier for the matter to pass through your bowels.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you for the advice - I think exercise helps with movements to.

A friend advised buying a douching thingy with a longer tube and that's the same as having an enema - the problem is I don't know whether that is safe or not. All I know was after I had prepared, I got a real and amazing orgasm when I masturbated whilst hacking an vibrator up there.

Good point, Hatter. I didn't think about that.
