    Hi all,

So I've recently delved into the world of being the bottom with my boyfriend and I discovered something that kinda freaks me out and caught my boyfriend off guard as well. This ONLY happens when I'm the bottom (and I assume it's because my orgasm is so much more stronger), but when I'm about to ejaculate, my left, and only the left testicle retracts into my pelvis. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this? I feel weird about it happening.

As long as it returns to its usual position afterward, it's normal.

  3. there's a certain muscle that retracts it, it might just be oddly developed. One of your nuts generally hangs lower than the other, the retraction is part of a reflex that helps to bring your body to orgasm, if I remember correctly. You could try doing kegels and see if that will help, they exercises that same muscle? Considering that most men have one hanging lower than the other, it's probably pretty normal to not see the retraction as clearly.

I would hazard a guess and say that it only happens when you bottom because that's the only time you're lying in the particular position that allows it to fully retract.

there's more than one position to bottom in.

Of course. But, bottoming makes you more likely to be in a position where gravity isn't pulling them down as compared to common positions when topping or masturbating.

I know for me when things are particularly intense, they both retract, regardless of position. However, to get personal here, my scrotum hangs pretty close to my body, so retraction probably happens more than it should. Just keep doing self-checks for any abnormalities and you'll be fine. Everybody's different, but just be preemptive and it'll work out. This is just another thing that makes you, well, YOU!
