I poste in anonymous first I was embaressed at first but my perineum area is spasmming when I touch my right shoulder area idk what this means I'm not even 18 I've been working out more intense then I usually do does this have something to do with this? The perineum I the area between the anus and scrotum right? Because that's where this is all happening! I'm a bit paranoid but I've never had this before!!!
