I'm alergic to cows milk. So I can have goat cheese for example. Still seeing as how 90% of all products contain cow milk, it's incredibly annoying.
I am allergic to casein, one of the proteins in cow's milk. I can have it in very small amounts without reaction.
I have been told I have Celiac on and off again by different doctors for the last 7 years...it's quite confusing. My stomach has rejected everything I've put into it for the last week and a half, so I'm thinking I may need to go back on the gluten-free diet.
