I feel nothing in my nipples during sexual play. I'd love to, though. Is there any way to make them more sensitive or is this merely a trait?
If I play with mine it's a bit tingly and feels ok, but can also get irritated pretty quickly and not feel so good. When it comes to nipple sensitivity, women are the gifted ones since theirs are highly sensitive compared to us guys. I don't really think there is any way to make them more sensitive though, they either are or aren't.

I got mine pierced and it hurt so bad but the sensitivity went up like ten-fold for me, Though I cannot say I endorse getting them pierced just saying I did and they were then more sensitive.
I have never used them, but I believe that using nipple pumps would make your nipples more sensitive to touch. You could check it out, you can find them on virtually any sextoy website.
Is it possible that guys of different ethnicities have more or less sensitivity in their nipples? Or perhaps different cultures have more awareness of nipples as erogenous sones? Here’s my experience: I am of Scottish, Irish, English origin and growing up had no real urge to play with my nipples, which were small and basically flat. In my mid 20’s I began a relationship with a Mexican man who had a nice chest, big pectorals and large nipples.
