    Just a problem with my hair, I don't know if there's something I can eat or change my shampoo but I'm slightly worried about my hair. Its getting sort of.. flimsy and weak so I wondered if anyone had any ideas to make it look stronger or shinier.

    Any ideas for types of shampoo or oils? Some people say changing the way you eat helps, but I'm not sure.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks =D

    You can try using a protein conditioner and a milder shampoo. But if this is a new change for you and the change in hair care products doesn't help, you may want to check with your physician at your next visit to ensure there's not a physical cause.

    This may seem like an awkward question, but how do I tell if its a protein conditioner. Also, do I have to use any other type of shampoo to moisturise it afterwards, so make it more smoother- or do I just give my hair the once over with the protein conditioner?
