Whenever I move my right wrist in a certain way there is some pain that comes with it. If I have my palm facing upwards and make it into a fist, and then move it downwards or to the left there is some pain. Think I may have injured it about 1 or 2 months ago when I was at the gym lifting weights :icon_sad:

Could be carpel tunnel or a sprained tendon. Get it checked out though, better safe than sorry.

Get that checked out, it sounds like you injured something.

The earlier the better, and it could turn ugly if you wait a long time.

    It could be simple.

Go have a doctor look at it  they'll figure it out
