Nothing different from straight pornography! I suspect the prostate is swelling up, giving you the sensation of needing to urinate. At your age, that's probably nothing to worry about at all, unless it happens fairly frequently and strongly.

People who have ED tell the doctor they can't get it up. There's even doctors who specialize in sexual health. No medical issue is taboo.

If you feel pornography is a personal issue, simply tell him the issue comes up during masturbation, and nothing else. Although most likely he will tell you the same thing about benign and transient swelling of the prostate, it's never a bad idea to raise any health concern with the doctor.

 

Have you tried peeing before you masturbate? That is usually what I always do. Then you won't get interrupted with the need to pee.
