From tucking/wearing a gaff? I've been wearing a gaff pretty much constantly lately and I'm just curious as to how long I can keep this up without going sterile. Not that I mind a ton, but I guess options are helpful... Also, would going sterile cause a decrease in T production and testicles shrinking?

Side effects of tight underwear on the testes is mostly a byproduct of changing the scrotum's ability to regulate temperature in the testes. This can lower sperm production and cause problems for men who are trying to have children.

It will not cause sterility and any effect would likely be temporary.

A gaff, like any type of binder, should not be worn for long periods of time because of potential issues with circulation to the skin and fungal infection.
