The aching isn't exactly at my chest, its slightly above my right breast. Not sure if its simply muscular pain or something worst?

(btw i do a lot of vigorous exercising and have been ultra stressed with exams and final projects lately)

If it's just when moving your arms, you probably overexerted yourself exercising. You might have pulled a muscle.

i usually overstretch my arm and leg muscles considering majority of taekwondo training is based on kicks and punchs

i don't know whether it might be the way i sleep as well (whether i'm laying on one side) considering i didn't feel much muscle pain after each training (besides breathlessness and sweating)

Now that I think about it, do you do a lot of squeezing that aarm up to your body, or pressing downward with that arm? That sounds like you are describing the same place I am sore after a while of practing my pipes...

I'm barely new at this website and I'm already thinking of making "Ask a doctor before you ask the internet" my signature.
