Kegel Exercises

    These exercises are beneficial for both men and women. The benefits for women include tightening the vagina, greater pleasure for both partners, stronger orgasm, and greater control over urinary and bowel functions.
    The benefits for men include a stiffer erection, more control during intercourse, greater control over urinary and bowel functions, stronger ejaculation, greater pleasure during intercourse, and a stronger orgasm. It has even been accredited with "fixing" premature ejaculation, and allowing men to achieve orgasm without ejaculation(multiple orgasms). I wouldn't go that far... but it definitely helps alot.

    These exercises are very simple to perform, and can be done anywhere, at any time of the day, in any location, without anyone knowing.

    First, to locate your PC (pubococcygeus) muscle, squeeze and release the muscle that you use to cut off urinary flow. You've just done your first kegel. Do about 200 of these a day and you will shortly notice a change in your sexual health.

    I once promised myself I would do like 300 daily, but I quickly got bored with that =P

    I've known about these for a while..
    I decided to try 'em again today just for the heck of it, got bored after about 20..
    Then I had this weird pain for about a minute. I doubt that's normal o_o

    lol panda, that depends, what do you want to hear about? I don't think anyone was receptive to my Atkins spiel which is okay, but I've got plenty more health advice to give.

    It is the muscle that you use when you try to control your pee. Start peeing then stop in mid flow, do this several times each time you pee and you will soon realise which muscle you use then you can do the same thing when you arn't going to the toilet.

    This is very effective both for boys and girls and gives boys much better control over when they ejaculate making orgasm even more intense. It is definately worth the effort :icon_bigg

    It's the same muscle that squeezes your sphinter to "cut off" mid-crap. When you squeeze it, it feels like your bum "pulls in"
