I'm pretty sure I've caught the stomach flu, all because I'm/I was the only one who didn't have it for the past week.

Everything is making me throw up though, so what can help stop the throwing up? I've been staying hydrated, I've been avoiding solidish foods until my stomach stops hating me, so what can I eat without throwing up?

(I honestly hate crackers, and chicken noodle soup isn't allowed in my house ever since my grandfather got sicker after eating some)

    :help:

I actually tried a piece of bread and about 30 minutes later I was in the bathroom with my face in the toilet :/

It's so against my diet, but I think I'm just gonna live off of water, mango-orange juice, and coke-a-cola (it makes me burp, and then I feel better for a while.) Hopefully if I consume a lot of liquids I can get over this by Wednesday so I can see my therapist.

Urgh, I think I have the same thing - I've also been throwing up all day. But I had a piece of toast earlier and so far I've kept it down so here's hoping. :S

Try drinking ginger ale and gaterade or powerade as well.
