Does anyone have any experience with this? I think I might have this in addition to the problems I have with anxiety and depression. My anxiety symptoms go through the roof when I'm PMS'ing, even with my medication.
I don't think so. I sometimes get mild PMS, but not too bad most of the time. I hope you can find some way to get round this though, because I know what a pain in the a*** is can be. (*hug*)
I think it's weird that I can relate, but I have a friend that when she's on her period, I basically am too. At least I don't get anything physical. Emotionally: It drains my energy. I lash out a lot. I eat more. And I start crying randomly. ...I think I have too much empathy. And what kind of medicine do you take for your PMS?
