See sometimes in the middle of the night (like now) I get these random hunger attacks. I eat enouh and am not hungry throughout the day but when I am awake I suddenly get hungry. This would be fine exept I can't just go into the kitchen and eat stuff in the middle of the night because I'd be told you should've ate earlier when I am not hungry. So my question is why do these happen they didn't happen before and they're a real inconvenience.
This happened to me a LOT when I first turned vegan. Try adding more fibre into your diet. You'll eat the same, have roughly the same calorie intake but will stay fuller for longer. Just google high fibre diets. But switch diets over time. You may just blow yourself a new ass hole.
