So on my scrotum and along my penis there are small white spots/bumps. They're white in colour and seem to be spreading. I haven't experienced pain from them at all but I'm still worried. I've researched online and I think it may be Fordyce Spots. From what I've read, it can be quite tricky to cure. I was wondering if any of you have experience with these?
