So, I am like 50% sure I have it. I haven't seen a doctor and I don't plan to for like another month or so. So like how bad would it get in a month?

That's not good man. A lot can happen in a month. Don't risk yourself like that.

Well, I wouldnt be too hasty. The symptoms for virtually all cancers are so vague and connected to hundreds of others illnesses that its hard to detect off of symptoms. Which is why many people dont realize they have a chance until its manifested for long periods of time. Especially testicular cancer.

That being said, if you are experiencing the symptoms of testicular cancer, than you should see a doctor much faster than a month. Please, talk to your parents about it.

Dude if you suspect cancer, don't screw around. Go to the doctor and get it checked out. With cancer the key is early detection.

I lost my mother to cancer. If it had been caught earlier she would likely still be here.

Why do you assume it's cancer?

Also, why don't you want to go to a doctor? Is it because you'd have to explain to your parents?

    GO TO THE DOCTOR.

First, if you fit all the symptoms, it's even more important. Be confident about it. So what if it's benign? You want that!
But don't risk it! Don't feel embarrassed, either.

there's all sorts of quite normal lumps and bumps in that area .. so quite likely not cancer

BUT... please do not delay in getting it checked

  15. if you have found a lump.
its not necessarily cancer. many men get lumps here and there and its nothing to worry about. usually they are non cancerous and you just need an op to remove it.
    go to the drs though.

Go to the Dr ASAP! My brother had it and it spread to the stomach and lungs. Fortunately they were still able to get all of it but only after a lot of chemo and surgeries etc. This crap is nothing to mess around with!

I could not figure out your hesitation till I saw your age. Adults address problems when identified, especially cancer. Children... Not so much.

So which are you working towards?

I would choose the mature route myself. Going to the doctor is win/win, while waiting is lose/lose.

    Stuck

Wen I found a lump I went straight to the doctor, who then referred me to a specialist at my local hospital.

An ultrasound and a quick check by the specialist revealed that it was just a benign cyst - but for the three days before my appointment with the specialist I had convinced myself it was cancer. The doc said that there are plenty of reasons that guys get lumps on their testicles, but its always best to get them checked straight away.

Don't wait around dude, just go and get it checked! Is for the best buddy x
