For the past three months I've been having right side hip pain. Last night it was so bad it felt like I was being stabbed. I've seen my doctor she has no idea what causing it. I do have scoliosis. Over the three months the pain just gets worst. Could my scoliosis be causing this hip pain

check the area for masses (not huge, but ferm tissue) I had an infected lymph node that became really swollen and cause a dull constant pain and severe pain anytime I tried to move it. I had to have it aspirated, lanced(which hurt like a bitch, but the morphine felt good afterwords lol) and finally surgically removed.

could go back to your doctor and ask them again as If it causing you pain and dicomfort then see them again or ask the doctor to refer you to a specialist
