Is this possible?

My mother told me that sense I always have my headphones in that I have like stretched the inside of my ears to be wider? Is this possible or is she yet again trying to get me to listen to music less? I think my ears look fine, they don't hurt and no one else has said anything about them...Opinions?

That's ridiculous! Unless your earbuds are really big, of course...

They aren't. I thought she was just messing with me, but then I got paranoid.

As The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy puts it, everyone in the galaxy has normal bouts of paranoia, and that is perfectly normal.:icon_bigg

No it's not possible. It's highly possible to get things like tinnitus from listening to music through headphones though, but to be honest it's not that bad. Most people have it and don't even realize it.

    All the best.

Headphones are not the best thing for your aural health, because they lead to hearing loss and stuff. But they don't stretch your ears.
