How do I keep from getting a boner in the locker room?

Think about the elderly. Trust me, it works.

 

Try not to look directly or admire anyone and think about something that turns you off. Also, just change fast and get out of there if you're getting really uncomfortable.

 

Stress provides the answer. Stress kills a boner quicker than your mom catching you masturbating.

 

I usually think about girls and that seems to work... for me at least.

 

Thinking about girls has worked for me. So has mentally yelling "No!" WAY before you even enter the door. If your school allows music, listen to your ipod and focus mainly on the music and have everyone else kind of in your peripheral vision...

Yeah, there's quite a few ways to do this.

 

Don't look around, and think about girls. I change with a few muscular guys so it worked with me.

If you look at 'em, you're probably going to get aroused if you're attracted to guys indiscriminately. So keep yo peepers to yourself if you're worried about it.

If I caught some guy scoping me in the locker room with or without a boner, I'd be suspicious. So if you're interested in staying in the closet, I wouldn't risk it.

I can understand where you are coming from, but not in the locker room. Sometimes I feel this way when Im at work. Like I see a lot of men and I just get all happy inside. What keeps me calm is knowing that I would likely not be able to have a relationship with a straight male. Thinking about females or old people really kills the mood.

 

Focus on the task at hand. To wit, showering, changing, getting dressed. I'm usually idly thinking about what I'm going to do next ("should I go shopping or go home and get laundry done?"), which is hardly titillating. If you think you've "almost been caught", it means you're looking around to see if anybody's looking. Don't. Eyes on the locker, eyes on the clothes, eyes on the shower wall. If you pop wood, pop wood. Most people are so busy thinking their own things (and perhaps wondering if anybody is seeing THEM pop wood) that they won't be bothering to see if you're getting turned on. And if you ARE erect, but staring at your locker, they're a lot less likely to think you're turned on by them than they would if you were staring at THEM.

But say the one in a million happens. Someone walks up and asks about your boner. If so, glance down and sigh. "Yeah, it happens. It's a born performer - it jumps up anytime it gets an appreciative audience." Or you can shrug and say "Well, it seems to be working OK. What's wrong with yours?"

For me, even now when as an older guy I change in the locker room or I am in the shower I can get a bonner. However I always remember that others get them as well and say so what.
However if you are activiley perving on the other guys then they will notice, so keep custody of the eyes and do not look directly at others otherwise you are asking for nature to take its cause and you will pop a bonner.

 

I'm too nervous in there to get a boner. One of the benefits of enjoying Woody Allen levels of social discomfort at times.

 

I always just faced my locker and was in and out of there in about 2 minutes.

iv always found that when im in the change room i dont get a hard on unless i think about a sexual act, but other than thatif you cant help your self you gota stop looking man, or it will happen. =]
