get a cloth of some sort and push down on the wounded area...hold it down for 3-4 mins then get vaseline and rub it over the cut... that should do the trick... thats what i do when i shave and it works everytime for me

Just.. get a better razor  Your skin at 26 should be too firm and smooth for this to happen regularly.

    Good advice though

Just how much bleeding? And does it bleed for a long time? Does this happen every time you get a cut? I'm not trying to alarm you or anything, but long, heavy bleeding from a light cut can be caused by leukemia. It could also be caused by something (less harmful) such as anemia, but you cant really be too safe with these things.

The reason I say this, is that a cut while shaving is very highly unlikely to be deep, and the lip isn't really a place to bleed a lot. Did you put pressure on it after the cut occurred? If you did and it did nothing, then you might want to book a trip to the doctors just to be 100% sure. Again, I'm not trying to worry you or be negative, but if it's ever a possibility, it's always worth getting checked out, because these types of things are much better off treated as early as possible.

If it was a bit exaggerated about "wont stop bleeding," then you can probably forget this, as you didn't specify how much it's bleeding and how long. So it's probably nothing, but just posting this so you're aware.

    All the best.
