so that i don't feel fainty if my nose is stuffy because GODDAMN ALLERGY. or at least, breathe more so i do more efficient work out. the question really is, how do I breathe more? xD what exercises can I do for this?
The one point my trainer always pointed out when I wouldn't breathe: Count out loud. It forces you to breathe while you're doing the exercise. Lord knows I drove her crazy. "Are you breathing?" "I am, now." "Why are you changing colors?"
