Briefly: I have fat around my belly and sides, and I hate it, I hate it so much that I cry over it... a lot. And I try soooo hard to get rid of it, but I just can't, I don't why, I worked out rigoursly for over an hour yesterday, and do small movements in class just to burn a little extra calories. And I try to eat less, and healthier, but I have a hard time with that. And it's not like I'm overweight or anything, I'm 5'5" and weight 132. I just want to be skinny like everybody else, and tons of guys post shirtless pictures of themselves on facebook and they look great, and they eat fucking terribly. I don't why I can't be like them, like everybody else is skinny, but not me, I'm just stuck with my disgusting body, which is soooooooo unattractive,no one would ever have sex with me and I'll just die a virgin.. sigh

Dude, I've seen the pictures you've posted. You don't need to lose anymore weight. You're not fat, your body isn't disgusting and you certainly are not going to die a virgin. Take a chill pill and focus on other things.

You're only 16. Remember that. You also look perfectly fine, on your profile picture. But I'll give advice anyways.

For losing fat around the belly... That's kind of not really possible to do unless you lose fat in general. You can't really target where fat loss will happen. The best way to lose fat, in general, is to exercise. You could do HIIT (High intensity interval training), which is basically just going really hard for like half a minute, and then resting for like a minute, and then you repeat like 9 more times. This can be intense, and you'll have to force yourself and stay hydrated, but it should only be like 15 minutes max. As for what to actually do, it could be running or jump roping or biking... You'll have to do this every few days for a while, though (As is the case with most exercise).

You could also just exercise, in general, as you have done. You'll have to keep it up, though, for a while before you see noticeable results.

Since you see your body every day, the changes won't be as apparent to you, so also keep that in mind.

What kind of things do you eat and drink? If you tell us what you eat and drink here, we could perhaps give alternative suggestions.

Agreed. You're also only 16 and your body is possibly still developing.

Beyond that, a lot of how someone's body looks has to do with genetics. Doesn't mean you can't have a perfectly good and attractive body, but washboard abs may simply not be in your future. Or you may need to wait until you're in your late teens or early 20s to get them.

Regardless it won't hurt you to work out, but you need to be consistent about it. That means some combo of resistance training and cardio on a schedule that you do religiously and that you also mix up and change from time to time to keep your body from plateauing. You need to eat right, not just eat a little bit. Multiple small meals through the day and such are generally considered a good thing.

Probably the most important thing is to first decide what you want and then whether or not that goal is realistic given your body's genetics. Settle on a realistic goal and then start working systematically toward it.

I'd actually suggest looking to activities that let you set definite and progressive goals (you can run X many miles, swim Y many laps, whatever) rather than simply going for 'I want big arms and a washboard stomach', which is rather vague and hard to measure against everyone else in any objective way and may includes elements that are harder for you to control.

There are lots of books and websites on fitness available, so do some research. Just avoid the ones that are trying to sell you supplements or special diets or the like. And check several about any given subject and see how much they agree. If they all agree on the same stuff, the odds are better that it's correct.

    Hope this helps,

    Todd

    HAHAHAHAHAHA:roflmao:

oH CHILD. You're so cute. No....literally, you are cute!
Just adourable. if you're cherry isn't poped by the time ur in you're sophomore year of college, My name isn't Juan Alejandro Watson-Rowe :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Look, darling, my professional advice, (yes, I am a certified American Medical Association dietitian/nutritionist by profession), is to not give it much thought.

You are clearly right about one thing, it is unfair that the guys who eat all the junk, have the hot bod's and don't deserve it but life's not fair.

    1. Maybe you are over exercising. The recommended time for exercise is 40min. New research shows that the body reaches a vantage point after about 40 minutes to 1 hour. At this point, your body stops burning calories.

    2. Change your exercise routine. Don't stick to the same thing all the time. Get out, do some physical activity you like and stop trying to be a gym bunny. Join the athletic club. Or the soccer team. Or the cheerleading squad or something.

    3. Overweight (which you are not, as your Body mass index is within its required ratio) can be a hereditary trait as well as it could be because of your blood type.
I do not know your blood type so I will attach a link below.
Also, you are young, yes. But I am not going to use that as an excuse to eat your body to a wreck (as what most would do). American children already has the highest rate of obesity at 60% world wide, and of the remaining 40%, over 35% are overweight. Then the other numbers are shared between the malnourished (anorexic/bulimic) kids and the healthy ones.
So here. Educate yourself on what you should be eating based on your blood type.
Eat According to Your Blood Type - Men's Fitness

    4. Your body could be tired. Physically or mentally and visceral fat (also known as belly fat) is associated with storage of toxins from empty carbs (carbohydrates that don't have any or minimal nutritional value) due to your body's prevention of producing its own synthetic endorphins (the hormones that tells the pituitary glands you are in a good mood). My recommendation is, sleep earlier, get lots of rest. Do your homework on time (avoid procrastination), avoid drama, and most importantly stop stressing about the current state of your body. Embrace it! Treat your body like it's your temple...

That's what i heard the bible says...i'm not sure. I haven't read it in awhile.

So follow those 4 simple steps and u should be fine. Any other questions, PM or leave something on my page and i'l respond.

You look fine, truth be told. You find yourself in the average body mass that is considered "Healthy" for 5'5". With that said, if you obsess about your weight I assume you'll want to gain some muscle as well, so here's a few things:

You don't need to eat less to lose weight, in fact you should be doing the opposite: eat as much as you need. If you don't keep your body in good conditions it won't be able to perform it's functions properly.

Drink a glass of water when you wake up to get your digestive starting.

Don't rush when eating. It's a big mistake people make in that they eat quickly when the body takes about 10 minutes to tell the brain that it's full, so they're actually still filling themselves up when they don't have room for it.

Eat snacks like fruits, bars, etc between the 3 meals of the day. Say, if you eat your breakfast at 7 AM, you could eat a little something at 10 AM, dinner at 12 PM, another little something at 3 PM, supper at 6 PM and maybe something at 8 or 9 if you're hungry. Some skip that last one and wait until the morning, but that is a case-by-case basis, going to sleep on an empty stomach is annoying.

Cardio/Training. If you're going to do it only once a week, don't bother. You have to at least do it 3-4 times a week for it to have any effect. Also don't bother doing small movements in class. It's pointless and just drains energy that would be better used to study. Save it for when you're either training or doing Cardio (jogging for example).

Beyond that, all you need is consistency, especially with the training/cardio.

And like, I try to exersize and eat less and healthier, but my mom, who is fucking stupid, thinks I need to gain weight, which is retarded, and when people hear her say that, they think.. what the fuck? So when I try to lose weight she just yells at me pointlessly, and like when we go somewhere like a drive-through she tries to make me get the probably most unhealthy thing they have. I fucking hater her... sorry I'm quite filled with rage

As has been pointed out, you're actually at a healthy weight now. However, if you wish to gain muscle mass that can also result in weight gain, although not an increase in body fat. If you are exercising in a regular and obvious way you can easily use that as a reason for only eating healthy food (including being able to point to published materials on what sort of food you should be eating).

If your mother wants you to eat (and presumably not just eat fast food), then she should be happy that you are eating healthy food and understand the point of that if you are working out heavily and bulking up (if you want to that is).

Put another way, turn that 'bug' (your mother pushing you to eat) into a 'feature' (I need to eat mom - but I need to eat this sort of food for my workouts and so I can bench XXX).

If you'd rather go for a leaner, runners body, or a swimmer's build, you can probably adapt this to work for that as well. Anyone engaging in serious working out needs to eat in a particular fashion.

    Just some thoughts,

    Todd

I somehow managed to lose 30 pounds (which I've had off for over a year) and I still have a lot of belly fat that doesn't want to go away :x. And I'm ridiculously thin at this point; I'm about 150 pounds and 6'3! I'm convinced that 10 of those pounds came right off my ass, and the rest from the legs/arms/face lol. I wasn't going to the gym tho, so perhaps that's why. I just started going 5 days a week, so hopefully that'll make a difference. Also, my mom always tells me that Im too thin and tries to make me eat junk food too LOL. You look great in your pictures tho, so belly fat or not you're still a young hottie. I don't know about you, but I like a guy w/ some belly fat anyways; imperfections can be very cute.

I would say that you are only 16 years old, which could mean that you are not fully grown yet. As you grow older and go through puberty, the testosterone increases and triggers your body to develop more lean muscle. So basically, you burn a lot of the extra fat that you see. I would recommend trying to do some ab exercises for your belly, that helps. It seems like you are trying to lose weight there, so keep trying and eating healthy - it will come eventually.

I'm about six feet tall, and I can't recall the last time I was under 190 lbs. And I was never all that much to look at even at my skinniest.

    Guess what?
    I met guys.
    I went on dates.
    I got laid.
    I got boyfriends.

No, no guy saw me from across a crowded room, and fell crazy in love/lust. But I put myself out there. I got to know guys. And as they got to know me, some of them got to becoming attracted to me. Maybe it wasn't as dramatic or "romantic" as it was in the movies, but it still worked out just fine for me.

I don't mean to suggest that nobody should try to lose weight. But I've often seen insecure guys (and girls) decide they needed to lose weight to become more attractive...only to find out that, on the other side, they're now simply skinnier-but-still-insecure guys. So if you'd still like to work on losing a bit of weight, I'd say you might work on boosting your self-esteem along with your muscle mass.

If you're what they call fat, then I'd best start calling myself a planet and hang around skinny people until one of them just starts circling around me like a moon.

Another thing, confidence, people love confidence. Be confident in yourself.
Aht, No! I know that your thinking negative thoughts, stop! don't make me rant! you won't like me when I rant!

Seriously, be confident in yourself and your abilities and things will begin to fall into place. No buts, now do it. Or else...... :icon_bigg

I just looked at your albums.AND WOW! not what I was expecting from your post. Based on the information that I have, It's probably not likely that hearing someone say that is going to help much. Do you have a therapist? You said that you cry over it a lot, and you seem to be unaware that your body doesnt look bad at all, so you might have something like body dysmorphic disorder, or just serious problems with self esteem and or body image. A few of these problems can be deeply rooted in the brain, so simply hearing advice about it wouldnt help very much. I suggest speaking to an adult.

it should go away with lots of running (3 miles a day for a month maybe even less if you're not very big :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: u can skip weekends) and to speed up the process use a waist trimmer.

IN THIS MOMENT - Adrenalize (OFFICIAL VIDEO) - YouTube

I want to look like the guys in this video, probably because I want to do terrible, terrible things like to them, well they would be doing it to me LOL. I know it's really unrealistic cause they're just perfectly beautiful, but yeah. But today, for some reason I thought my abs looked totes fucking hot lol, but that's also prolly cause I'm "talking" to this guy, and he gives me a fuck ton of attention and genuinely complements me, and his a lil bigger than me, and I'm probably out of his league, and my penis is little more than an inch larger than his, so my self-confidence is blazing now, and I think all of my lovely hormones are just raging right now, because my body seems more muscular, and my sex drive is just crazzzzzzzyyyyyy, I don't how I can control my libido sometimes LOL...

Three simple steps I need you to follow.

    1. Get naked
    2. Stand in front of a mirror
    3. Admire how really beautiful you are, stop comparing yourself with false realities that porn, fashion and music provide to us and simply decide to live a happy, healthy life.

Do not put yourself down. Do half an hour of exercise and eat plenty but healthy. You deserve it!

If you obsess about your belly fat, you'll drive yourself crazy. You are who you are,
sure, you can workout until your blue in the face, but you'll never look like the perfect person you want to be. Learn to like what you see in the mirror, this is the person that will be with you for the rest of your life, so learn to deal with it. Your never going to be perfect, no one is.

It seems like half a dozen people have given you great advice, so stop being a finicky teenager glossing over helpful advice.

Too long for you? Let me be clear.

YOU'RE NOT FAT. STOP BEING STUPID, AND GO GET A PINT OF ICE CREAM AND WATCH A MOVIE.

Holy cow lmao. It's crazy to think that you could weigh 132 pounds and think you're fat. What the heck has society come to.
