A couple of times, I have had pins & needles in my willy when I have been sitting down for long periods (don't know if that has any relevance or not). Has anyone else had this sensation & does anyone know what causes it?

Maybe it's lack of blood flow..? Kind of like when your foot or something falls asleep and it feels like it has needles stuck in it? That would be my guess.. I'm no doctor though
Putting weight on your perineum for extended periods of time will cause blood circulation issues and potentially loss of feeling/pricking/and nerve damage. It's an issue with cyclists and some people who sit long periods of time or in bad positions. Beyond that I don't know what to say, but if it's causing you discomfort make sure you have it checked out. I've had disconfort when things aren't quite sitting right, but I'd assume it's something more than that if your posting it up here. So all I can say is, do your kegels (Good anyways, you don't want that part getting weak)?

I've had that feeling in my penis and testicles after sitting a while on the toilet. Just like when your foot/leg falls asleep, it's due to poor circulation. Just get up and walk it off
This is weird, since I am sure I've had this same thing. Tell me, do you have it after you get aroused for a long time? I ask since that's when I have that sensation.
I can get pretty aroused sitting down for long periods on certain chairs if that makes sense, especially on long Bus rides, the engine vibrating through the seats, gives me a instant boner I guess a lot of Guys can relate to that
I know exactly what this is it happens to me too but to tell you how to keep it from happening I need to know, do you have foreskin and do you where boxers or briefs
Well it happens when it gets dried out in the inside(in the urethra) so if you switch to briefs then it might help
