Feels pretty great, but really I would only think it feels great if you're taking it from someone you love or are attracted to.
Otherwise, you lose the motivation to do it and it just becomes... annoying.

But!
The Feeling:
You really just feel like... full, haha. It really doesn't hurt after you're adjusted (takes like 30 seconds at the beginning of sex).
Knowing that you're pleasing whoever you love is a wonderful feeling.
The anal stimulation is also pretty great - I cum like 60x faster with anal stimulation.

Prep:
I feel like this part is overemphasized to folks. You really don't have to prep that much.
Beforehand, I go to the bathroom and try to *cough* empty the bowels.
After that, wipe really well (baby wipes are fantastic for this) and you're set.

Everyone has that one time where they weren't completely empty down there and a bit of crap comes out, but most people are understanding with that, and if it happens, don't freak out.

You can honestly do a lot of testing with this by yourself at home.
Believe it or not, bananas work great. Just slice off the thin rough part at the end (and please pick one that's not crazy wide your first time).

I have to agree mostly with TJay about being on the receiving end. Although, there are some people who can't adjust so easily (especially if there's some size to their partner). It's important to take things slowly with them to atleast reduce pain.

As for being on the top,it's great. Remember to go slow at first in order for your partner to get used to it. Bearing in mind that their anus is used to operating in one direction. ;-).
Otherwise it's warm, wet and well extremely hard to describe.

As has been mentioned before, poop is an unfortunate but infrequent issue when it comes to sex. If you do end up with a bit on the end of your penis, try to be discreet, wipe it off with a tissue and continue with business. For a top, the sphincter acts very much like a tight ring around the penis; so the tightness is really at the opening. Some bottoms are able to tighten it further during intercourse and this provides a fair degree of pleasure to the top. But it's not easy for the bottom to tighten the sphincter given all the pain/pleasure dynamic (and the size of some men) that goes on down there during said activity...

 

It just feels like something is in my butt, to me. Depending on the position, I'd gotten a little uncomfortable.
Some things to remember: you have to be relaxed, and you have to go slow. If you're worried about cleanliness, take a dump till you feel satisfied and wash with soap and water or just water.

Yeah use a condom (And you might want more than one, if there is going to be more action later on) and tons of lube; like more than you imagined cause it's definitely a good idea, especially for your first time.

I like it personally; from the feeling of having a guy on top of me to the prostate stimulation (Which can be like magical) and all that. You've got to go slow and be safe though, don't think that you can just jump down the rabbit hole on the first time and all since that isn't really a good idea.
