Hi there. So, today I had a game in a beach volleyball tournament. I couldn't muster the strength that I had in previous games and I felt really tired. My team lost mostly because I couldn't move that well through the game. :bang: I slept over 8-9 hours and I ate a full meal (maybe a bit too much food) 3 hours before the game. I have come to realize that lately I always feel a bit tired when I wake up and throughout the day even though I'm sleeping well and eating somehow well. Do I have anemia? Am I lacking a nutrient? Do I have a desease? I was wondering if I should have a blood test...but I don't know if that's what I should do. I have an aunt who is our family doctor but she's on vacation and won't come back until August. I appreaciate your help! (&&&)
