I told myself I was going to get in shape to see if being more fit will help aleviate my dysphoria. So far I'm still on square zero. I'm wondering how impossible my idea of "in shape" really is, because it seems more unattainable every day. I really need to lose fat in my thighs, because they're far too curvy, and it wouldn't hurt to build up some muscle and better define my upper body. I don't plan on getting huge by any means, but it would be fantastic if I were less bottom-heavy. For reference, my pants size is 30x30 and I wear my pants at my hip bones, I wear small t-shirts, and stand at about 5'3". I am small. I'm also notoriously bad at sticking to routines. Is it even possible to lose a noticeable amount of weight in my thighs without hormones, or am I being entirely unrealistic? :eusa_doh:
