White peelings, inner skin of penis after oral sex?

2 weeks ago I had unprotected 2-way oral sex with a guy for around 15 mins, twice.

Last week (around 3-4 days after the above), I ended up with a very sore throat accompanied with fever with white spots on my tonsils which the doctor diagnosed as a staphylococcus aureus bacterial infection (from air he said) and gave me anti-biotics. That went away after 5-6 days. However, since he was a family physician, I couldn't tell him the whole story and so I consulted another ENT specialist (told her I had some intimacy last week, with oral included) who said it's just tonsilitis and not any STD/STI.

Now, this week (since around 9-10 days after the above), I am constantly seeing white peeling skin coming out from the inner skin of the penis. I cleaned it, but it keeps coming back. Everything else is clear and I have just got a very slightly mild itch, nothing noticeable.

Also, my stomach has not been too fine since 4-5 days.

Should I be worried about all this?

Which antibiotic are you on and how long have you been taking it?

I was on antibiotics all of past week until Friday for the throat infection. My family physician had given me 5 tablets to be taken thrice a day, I only know the name of one .. REFZIL

I'm not taking any tablets since 4-5 days now..

It could easily just be dry skin, caused by friction, or other conditions. A moisturizer might help.

Another possibility is jock itch, which is a fungus similar to athlete's foot that thrives in moist conditions, and is more common in humid weather. In this case, an anti-fungal cream is the general remedy.

I'm no Dr., and thus can't give advice, but I'd see one soon.

I recall once I had a similar thing happen, and I totally freaked out. I went to a dermatologist, and it turned out to be an allergic reaction to the soap I was using, causing the skin to become dry/sensitive.

Try not to worry, here, it certainly doesn't seem like the symptoms of a STD, but I'd get it checked out for peace of mind.

And so you can use it more freely!

My main worry is it's happening right after my first oral sex experience... Plus I'm not sure how clean or slutty the other guy is.. since it was an online hookup..

Huh, it still seems pretty unrelated. I'm no expert, but peeling/dry/itchy skin doesn't seem like an STD symptom. If you had sores, that would be one thing, but just peeling skin makes me think of jock itch, or some kind of contact dermatitis/allergic reaction.

And because it is so soon afterwards, this is another sign that it probably isn't something overly serious, as those kinds of things take quite a bit longer to develop.

Try not to worry. I was really nervous, but the dermatologist had seen hundreds of penises before, and it was a huge relief to know know it wasn't serious.

Hope this helped, and just get it looked at...you'll feel better, even if it is kinda nerve-racking.

Antibiotics kill the bacteria that were infecting your tonsils. But they also kill the normal bacteria in your intestine that help you digest your food which results in an upset stomach and diarrhea. And in some cases, the antibiotics can kill bacteria that help keep fungus on your skin from getting out of hand which causes thrush in the mouth, jock itch, smegma around the foreskin, etc.

It takes a while after stopping antibiotics for the system to get back in balance. You can help the process by eating yogurt or a probiotic supplement. A short course of an antifungal cream (available over the counter at drug stores) applied to areas on your skin with fungal overgrowth.

If things don't return back to normal after a few days, then you should see your doctor for a follow-up.

Do you think it's necessary to buy the cream (because it's not too severe)? Also, would masturbation worsen this?

If it is candida (aka "yeast"), it is a bit more difficult to clear up in uncircumcised men. I am not sure of the cost of the antifungal cream in your country. In the US, it can be bought over-the-counter and the cost is typically less than $10 for a small tube and it's worth the cost to get it cleared up.

KaraBulut, I didn't get the cream yet but since yesterday my foreskin (mainly the part attached to the frenulum) feels slightly reddish/swollen and even gave me slight prickiness when I pulled it down/touched it. Is this worrisome?

Infact, I'm not able to tell whether it's a frenulum or the skin surrounding it that gives the pin-pricking type of pain when I either pull the foreskin down or drop water on it or something.. Even touching the areas don't help me identify the actual spot.. The only visible thing I see is some dark-red foreskin around the frenulum with no singular marks/spots/scratches as far as I can see.. so it's weird

It seems the pain is below the frenulum because when I pull it down and press it, I get that prick.. Sadly, I can't even see that area because it's attached to the head

Like Athlete's foot, Jock Itch can become red/inflamed, and have a painful as well as an itching sensation. ( I think it's the same fungus, or a very similar one) Luckily, it's not a serious condition, and quite common, but I'd have it checked out. When I had it in school, I got all mopey, because I had to stop masturbating for a week or so as it cleared up.

And to make matters worse, I'm not even a jock!

It's apparent you're very worried and it is good to be concerned about your health. If you're really concerned, you need to just be honest with your physician about the situation that occurred so he or she can properly assess the situation and hopefully put your mind at ease. The more you beat around the bush and avoid the true topic, the more anxiety you will experience.

At this point, since you haven't treated it using the over-the-counter options, you're now left with going to see your physician for a diagnosis.

    Do something.

Constantly worrying but not taking any action is not a good way to live your life, it's a waste of stress/emotional energy and life is hard enough without things like that.
