Unsure of Sexual Orientation

There's nothing wrong with appreciating attractiveness in another man, and any straight guy with a working brain can probably figure out who is considered good looking and who isn't. Now, finding yourself attracted to men would be another subject entirely. The only part that would make me question might be your indecision when it comes to oral sex with another man, but there's honestly not enough information here to give you a clear cut answer. Is there anything else that makes you unsure of your orientation?

 

I don't want to steer you in one direction too soon, but, a lot of gay and bisexual men recall early experiences with the same-sex involving oral sex or mutual masturbation. Then again, so do many straight guys who later get married, have kids, and never look back.

Personally, it's hard for me to relate, since sex was the last thing on my mind as a teenager, and I never felt any sort of lust or romance towards my male acquaintances. I've only had sexual experiences with women, and not until my early twenties did I finally lose my virginity. Experimenting is a totally normal part of the teenage years, and something I missed out on and feel like I'm barely experiencing at 23.

Some might disagree, but, I don't think sexual acts alone determine orientation. Just look how many gay men have realized later in life, or how many straight men turn to same-sex acts out of desperation or lack of opportunities. Ultimately, it's what the person wants, and it's not always a black-and-white, instantaneous revelation. Some people never move past the questioning stage, while others KNOW what they are early on and never doubt it. The journey is different for everyone, and ultimately, it's your choice. We can only come to conclusions based on what you tell us.

 

No problem! I'm still trying to figure myself, too, and have found that it can be both exhausting and exciting! Take as much time as you need, since you have the rest of your life to figure it out, and don't be afraid of making "mistakes", since nothing is learned without.

Well, lots of people experiment with whomever's handy in their teens, and you say you weren't at all attracted to that guy. However, that might just have been because you didn't find him attractive in particular. You do say you find some guys attractive though, and maybe oral sex with one of those guys could work. You did say you were doing it for the pleasure during your teens, so that means there was pleasure, no?

There's nothign wrong with having no interest in anal sex (is that's what you meant when you simply said "sex"). There are bi, or even gay guys, not interested in that. ORal sex is sex too, BTW.

Anyways, you're young (my age ), so experiment away!

(BTW, lots of guys like girls with big boobs, so there's nothing out of the ordinary with that.)
