Would you ever DO anything with these girls? If not, then it probably doesn't redefine anything...as you say, you're not out yet so you can hardly flirt with guys! Perhaps if you WERE out, you would flirt with them instead. (The fact that you flirt with them online supports this!)
I suppose it depends on your motivation, intentions, and reaction. Some people simply have "flirty" personalities, others find it amusing, a few like to lead others on... if there's no serious romantic or sexual association(s) involved, then no, it probably wouldn't have a huge impact on sexual orientation. A gay man can go so far as to marry a woman and engage in primarily heterosexual behavior, but it has absolutely no effect on his sexuality.
