What does it mean when a woman says she only wants a causal relationship ?

    I've been trying to figure this out while checking out some dating sites most of the chicks put that on their profiles .
    Does it mean like they just want sex ? or to date you and other people ?

    To be honest it could mean both. Just sex, with or without other partners. I would definitely find that out though before you commit to doing anything.

    I usually assume sex and companionship, but nothing permanent. Ask, that is the best way to find out. Causal to me means 'booty call' and date when I need one. Yes, I would date around.

    Hmm i should be careful then nothing wrong with dating around but i do want something permanent .

    If you want something permanent I would avoid anything remotely "casual". Just my opinion.

    I agree I would to casual if i was a virgin but i really want a relationship some of them also have dating / casual but i think your right it's best to avoid anything casual

    Yeah if you're interesting in a relationship then I would exclusively look for someone who is interested in a relationship and not something casual. Some people may suggest a relationship could come from a casual encounter, but this is a lie most times and you'd do best not to let yourself be suckered in. There's plenty lovely people out there who genuinely want a relationship. I wish you the best of luck.

    Thank you I saw this one girl that had romance and dating on hers so i sent her a interest request but I just realized she lives a state over from me which sucks :dry:

    Aw I'm sorry to hear that. Is there no way you could make that work then? I live in Scotland so I mean, there's not many places I can't go in my country because I drive. I realise it's a much bigger area over there though...

    Only if she were willing to meet me some where in my town but she put on her profile that she only likes butch lesbians and i'm femme so i might be out of luck too . It's a shame she is so pretty :icon_redf and that's a mistake i keep doing i keep checking how the girl looks and not if our personalities match or what their looking for :grin: I need to put a picture up too I forgot to do lol

    Oh I see. Well I'm sorry to hear that. I guess it wasn't meant to be with her then! Haha well there's nothing wrong with seeing how someone looks before contacting them or letting it decide whether you do or not :slight_smile: don't feel bad about that. And yes put a picture up if you're comfortable with it!
