It's great that you come to a happy understanding of your sexuality, as for what to "Label" yourself when talking about such things, I would try think about talking about yourself as a few different things and stick with whatever you feel most comfortable with. Don't always consider absolutes either, try things like "mostly gay", even if it might leave things a little in the open, it's still accurate.
