I even thought I was bi because of the porn I watched i would always tell some people well just online I only like guys when it comes to porn in real life not at all but I only like them and get turned on by them when they are screwing another guy . That's how I know it's terrible to use porn to know your orientation because i'm one of those people that get turned on by anything . I was even thinking of changing my label to pansexual one time man if i went so far I would have thought damn I just found out I'm lesbian and didn't even know myself at all .

 

Yeah, I honestly can't even watch gay porn unless it's amateur, they never seen to be enjoying themselves otherwise. I watch a lot of strait porn which is why it took me so long to admit I am gay.but just like you sorryladies I always watch the guy, on the soft core stuff I stare at the genital area hoping to catch a glimpse of his [cough]penis[/cough]. I now know that I'm gay but I'm still afraid to come out.

I totally agree here that porn is not an indicator of orientation. I mean, there is a difference between watching 2 people having sex and envisaging yourself having sex.

For example, I have no interest in watching gay porn. But I could have an intimate relationship with a guy. Or as another example, some people may like watching BFSM porn but would not engage in that activity themselves.

Orientation is about who you like and are attracted to, not what you like to watch.
