Anybody in their 20s or 30s still have these? Have your found the content of the dreams indicative of your actual desires? Mine always run the gamut from straight, gay, group to whatever - but perhaps with a slight gay preference.

I also find it weird that in my 30s I still get these stupid things.

I've honestly never had one, probably because I masterbate quite a lot

If you're not having sex or masterbating you undoubtably will have wet dreams, regardless of your age.

What Foz said. I have very occasionally had them, into my 40s.

Oddly enough I had them during periods of heavy porn/masturbation usage and during regular sex.

I am more interested in the content of the dreams and whether they have any impact on orientation or sexual preferences.

    Oh, right.

Well I do have sexual dreams, and they always involve men. I think it would be very odd if I had sexual dreams involving women.

Our dreams cannot be taken as a good or positive indication of our sexual orientation or preferences. What we dream is beyond our control. Equally, our porn viewing habits do not positively determine anything about our sexual orientation.

Far better to focus on and be guided by our real and present feelings. What we dream or what we choose to watch is a mere distraction and really proves very little.

    Patrick,

I agree with you on the porn, 100% agreed, but to me dreams were always a bit more powerful in terms of the subconscious. I am somewhat hesitant in paying any attention to them because we transfer our thoughts to our dreams very often. For example if I play video game a few hours before sleep then I dream about that video game. Similarly if I am stressing out over my sexuality then who knows what I will dream about.

That being said, I have been exclusively with women all my life and yet about half my dreams are homosexual in nature.
