I'm not sure if this is the same for girls ,but I feel like totally taking a break from my daily (twice daily sometimes) masturbation, and porn surfing.. I can usually last a day or 2 !! just no sex for about 12 months ,and I just get frustrated with myself have you gone longer than that? I don't think I can give up completely:dry:
Twice a day isn't even close to excessive. It's quite normal for many people. There are actually a lot of health benefits that come from orgasm that can't be achieved any other way... certain benefits to brain function and heart health, and increases in the release of oxytocin, a neurotransmitter associated with feelings of comfort and contentment. The porn isn't necessarily a problem, but I do recommend that people spend a significant amount of their time masturbating without porn (by creating fantasies in their own mind.) This is helpful on several levels, and for those who practice, it can actually eventually be more intense using your own fantasy than when watching porn.
