If you are gay but started perceiving yourself as bisexual first, how long did you take to accept yourself?
I'm not homosexual, but I'm polysexual. I used to think I liked guys, and I even dated one for a long time, but I had to accept that while I liked a lot of different genders, I didn't like men. It took me a week or so to accept the fact that I wasn't pansexual, as I had previously identified as, but just polysexual. That's not really what you were asking, but a similar concept.
