Even though the two terms are used pretty interchangeably, if you had to make a distinction, I think it would be that heteroflexible people know where they stand attraction-wise, while bi-curious people are still in a more experimental phase (hence the word curious)

Couldn't of said it better myself. People use the two terms because there's a subtle yet critical difference between the two, and that's knowing where you stand in terms of sexual attractions.

^Yup, I agree with the two above posters. Bi-curious is more of an experimental label while homoflexible is definite and something a person knows is true.

Bi-curious is someone that is thinking about but isn't sure about the idea of liking multiple genders. Heteroflexible people are straight individuals who identify as such, but also acknowledge that they are prone to go with the opposite gender. That may not mean they'd date them, they just do't completely ignore their feelings for them. EG, a straight guy meets a guy in a bar and they have one night together. He knows he's straight as he is attracted to women for the most part, and doesn't feel he is into men enough to qualify as bisexual. But he acknowledges that there are instances where he would sway towards men hence he labels himself heteroflexible to ensure he doesn't rule out that part of himself.
