I get why people say porn is never a good indicator. It's more confusing than reality... TMI WARNING lol (can't beleive I wrote this much on such a topic) I always used to watch gay male porn and get off quickly but then the first time I watched lesbian porn it was much slower but I never realised I could get that wet... It's been the same deal since but recently i've been feeling that although i get off easily to porn wiht guys in, i dont feel that good about it, but with lesbian stuff i feel damn happy and gay but it takes me a goddam age to get off although im waaaay wetter. And then today I was feeling super gay and I was watching lesbian porn but I couldn't come at all. I just soaked through everything, had all the blood rush there and felt like i had already come but i hadnt. Goodness gracious me. Anyway as I said at the top probably shouldn't be dwelling on this but sometimes I just feel my mind is rather on gayer side but my body doesn't know which way its going, you know? Well you shouldn't be using porn to find out your sexual orientation. If you know what you're attracted to then watching porn is OK. It was certainly confusing for me, yeah. I loved watching straight porn but would pay attention to the guy, but also couldn't help but imagine myself in the guy's shoes. Vaginal sex gets me very interested but is on and off.
Yeah, I'm not deciding anything based on porn. I've decided already on bisexual and the only thing that might change my mind is real experiences not porn. Im starting to like the label, it seems right and even if I'm feeling confusing stuff it gives me wiggle room for that. I'm just saying porn so bloody odd sometimes. For me, the extent that porn turns me on, depends how much the actors seem to be enjoying it and everything else is far less important. Other than that I can enjoy straight and gay porn. Also, a good plausible "story" with elements of something forbidden is a big plus. I'm kind of picky about who I find attractive be it man or woman. And the pleasantness of the face is maybe the most important thing to that. I don't enjoy porn where they don't show the faces at all. I like boobs and muscles attractive too but the face is the number one for me.
What an interesting and pertinent topic for me at this moment. (A little backstory) I spent the first 27 years of my life considering myself a heterosexual male. I don't know why I feel that I NEED to do this, but it has been coming over me recently. I guess I would say that I am happy operating without porn at the moment, but every few days I feel that I SHOULD watch it. This is such a weird phenomenon. As if - I would "lose" my homosexuality if I didn't watch it. Here is what I am realizing (as I write): I am super happy being with my sexual orientation. I realize that I neither want porn to be any kind of routine nor do I want to use porn as a confirmation of my orientation. That just feels gross to me right now. I don't know if this will resonate with you at all, but I wanted to share what is going on with me lately in this arena. You have to keep in mind that porn has been studied to please most of its audience. You can find videos on youtube with Lesbians being grossed out watching lesbian porn, it ain't realistic at all. As for myself, I'm gay, I know that. But well, gay porn just won't do it for me, the guys are kinda gross. Straight porn is the grossest out of all though. In the end I'm basically a gay guy who watches lesbian porn and straight hentais... It won't change the fact that I'd never go out with a girl again. You can like watching sports on TV without practicing any of them, it's kinda the same for porn.
